Felony Prosecution
Felony crimes are offenses which are considered more serious than misdemeanor crimes.
Felonies are crimes punishable by imprisonment in excess of one year, and can range in seriousness from retail fraud, bad checks, narcotics violations, criminal sexual conduct, domestic violence, robbery, to murder.
