Juvenile Diversion
The Juvenile Diversion Counseling Program was
created (25+ years ago) to provide an alternative to court for select
juvenile offenders between the ages of 10 & 18. Referrals are
received through the District Attorney's Office. Our goal is to prevent
further contact with the police and justice system by providing a
variety of services to meet individual and family needs.
In an atmosphere of professionalism and excellence,
we provide counseling and support to juvenile offenders and their
families. We create opportunities for change with an emphasis on
accountability and personal growth.
Our members are:
- Licensed Counselors
- Marriage and Family Therapists
- Social Workers
- Addictions Counselors
- Art Therapist
We provide Individual and Family Therapy, Group
Therapy, and Experiential Therapy. Experiential therapy includes Art
therapy, community service program, and wilderness program.
