Obtaining Public Records

In general, any request for court public records regarding cases in the 18th Judicial District must be made through the County Court Clerk’s Office. The District Attorney’s Office does not provide this material.

Court Public Records include:

  • Arrest Warrant Affidavits
  • Search Warrants

  • Any public records in a criminal case, etc.

An individual must request the public court file at the county court clerk's office in the county where the matter occurred.
