Attorney resumes are accepted by the District Attorney’s Human Resources Director on a continuing basis. Resumes are accepted both from attorneys and persons awaiting the results of the most recent Bar examination. The District Attorney's Office retains the most promising resumes sent to us and will interview applicants when there are vacancies or new positions within the office.

JUVENILE DIVERSION OUTREACH COORDINATOR -- PART TIME (20 HOURS PER WEEK) GRANT FUNDED POSITION

Performs a variety of administrative duties to provide services to juvenile diversion program in the 18th Judicial District.

Researching, planning and organizing experiential activities
Organize, prepare and pack equipment.. Key equipment includes: sleeping bags, backpacks, stoves, first aid packs, tents, rain gear and fleece
Attend and facilitate community based meetings as a representative of the JDCP
Create and distribute prevention and intervention fliers, brochures and literature
Organize, recruit and schedule volunteers for restorative justice program

Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services, criminal justice or related field or equivalent experience. Years of relevant experience (including volunteer experience, may be substituted for college degree). Four or more years experience working with adolescents, families, social and governmental agencies or other diverse populations.
