As the 18th Judicial District grows, District Attorney Carol Chambers and her dedicated attorneys and staff are committed to keeping our community a safe place to live. The office serves as a driving force for many initiatives and programs that work to reduce crime, protect innocent victims, and enhance the lives of district residents.
Colorado has 22 judicial districts, some made up of a single county, like Denver, and others, like the 18th, made up of multiple counties. Each judicial district has an elected district attorney who is the chief law enforcement officer for that district.
