The District Attorney's Office is committed to providing public information to the community. It is our duty to keep the community informed for the purposes of public safety and concern. No information regarding the facts of a particular case will be given out during the process of an active investigation. We are bound by the law to ensure that the rights of victims and defendants are not violated. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
